I've had Top Stitch do work for me in the past and have always been pleased. However, I recently brought in towels for monogramming. Instead of a stitched sample of the monogram to choose from, I was shown a photocopy and chose based on it. Unfortunately, when I saw the finished towels, I cringed - too large a monogram without any style. There wasn't much Top Stitch could do, since they were my towels, but I also felt that part of the blame was theirs because of the lack of a stitched sample. Basically I was told that because it was a matter of personal taste, I had no recourse. It's too bad that a company that I've always been pleased with didn't take the extra step to keep me happy as a customer. The moral of this story is: always make sure you've seen a stitched sample before you order!

Top Stitch is set back from the road, so it may take a bit to find. It is worth looking for though. My work always gets their promotional shirts, fleeces, and sweats from Top Stich. The quality is always great and they work hard to help you find what you want at the price that works. They also have a rack of discontinued samples that don't have logos on them that they sell at huge discounts.
