I just recently moved to the west palm area and thought I would give it a try. The first time I went, it came out nice but my truck had only been on the road for about 3 weeks and I had personally washed my truck every weekend previously. The second, third, forth, and fifth time were very disappointing. As the other reviews said, slimy leather, wet dog smell inside the truck, tires that are half way shiny, an Armoraled dash that looks like they tried to do it in one fail swoop, and a vacuum job that looks like a blind man did it with his feet. I thought because I see high end cars and the airport lincoln limos there all the time, they must be good. I was wrong.

I must say the visual outcome of the work done is exceptional. But whatever the product is they use on the inside of the vehicle should be changed. It is the worse smell in the world: when I got in my vehicle it smelled like a dead dog: even AFTER letting the vehicle sit for four hours with the WINDOWS DOWN. Please Top Hat Car Wash whatever you do invest of some new interior chemicals, it just might do the trick.

I went to Top Hat and a fat Mexican lady took care of me. The lady at the desk also had quite a spare tire and gave me quite a bit of attitude. My was still wet when they finished with it so I dried it myself.

Lousy experience.

WE HAD TAKEN OUR CAR HERE ONCE BEFORE AND WERE PLEASED WITH THE WASH. MORE RECENTLY WE NEEDED TO GET THE CAR WASHED AND IT WAS JUST ABOUT CLOSING TIME, THEY STILL TOOK US IN AND DID THE SAME QUALITY JOB AS LAST TIME. WELL WORTH IT TO HAVE YOUR CAR CLEANED HERE!

went here for the first time last week. I was really not impressed. Its cheap enough..$12 or so depending on your service. I had not had my car washed in a long time, so I chose the wash/wax/interior service. They promised to clean and condition all of my interior leather. When I asked how much, they said $50. I declined. They went down to $40. Apparently, you can barter your way to a better price! I accepted the deal. I then waited about an hour in the hot sun (they have a very small sitting area inside). I finally got my car. The inside leather was greasy and smelly...definitely tons of Armoral. I was wearing a suit and was afraid that it would stain my clothes. Luckily, it didn't. A day or so later, I looked at my car again. They did a decent job. Having said that, I'm not in a rush to go back!

CONS: unpleasant sitting area
