I lost my keys on the way home and I had no way of getting into my house so i took advantage of the situation that it would take me about 30 minutes to get to my apartment so that way the locksmith could meet me at my house. TOP 10 beat me by almost 15 minutes. I felt bad that i kept him waiting but he was understanding and said he would wait. I got to the apartment and he was ready to go, in the process of making the key when i showed up. Dont worry i gave him the apartment #. The price was perfect and he was just awesome!

I was loading some groceries and I guess in the process i must have lost my keys somewhere. I looked under the car and in all the bags and it just didnt make sense, i had unlocked the car. I called my wife to see if she could bring me the extra set from home; she couldnt find them and i later find out that she actually lost them a few months prior. He cheered me up with the price and after all it wasnt so bad.

I was on the subway one night on my way home and i must admit, i was intoxicated. I must have nodded off, i got off the train and walked a couple of blocks home and when i got home i reached in my pocket to grab my keys and realized someone had ripped open my pocket and my wallet phone and keys were missing. I was in shock. I didnt know what to do. It was cold out so i buzzed my neighbor to let me in. I came up to their down and asked if i could use the phone to call the police and a locksmith. I felt bad, because it was at least 3 in the morning. The tech didnt take long to arrive and got my door open and made me a key. I was so lucky that he was such a nice guy and understood my situation. I asked him to send me a bill and that i would pay it the second i got it. He spoke to the office and they made an exception. I was so grateful and offered to give something as colateral. The tech said it wouldnt be necessary and to have a good night. Thank you again TOP 10.
