I needed a locksmith a couple of days ago to come out and open my home. I broke the key in the lock and its not like i carry plyers in my pocket to beable to take it out of turn the key. The lock pad itself was getting stuck more often then not and i just wanted it fixed. So i called a local locksmith and waited for and hour and a half. I called them back and i guess they forgot to place my call because the lady didnt even remember me or had any idea that i called. figures.. so i called next on the list, which was top 10 soho. I figured they were in the neighborhood, it shouldnt take long. The lady was very helpful took my info and 5 minutes later, a technician called to confirm he was on his way out. I walked to the corner to get some smokes and something to drink and when i came back he was there. Unbelievable...I was so excited to get in. Its freezing outside. He got the key out and instead of replacing the whole lock pad repaired it to save me some cash. I really appreciated it.

I got robbed last week walking home from work and this jerkface stole my purse which had my keys in it. I ran home to call the cops but of course i suddenly realised i didnt have keys. I went to my neighbor and called the police and a locksmith. I didnt want to sleep at home knowing someone had my address and my keys. They came right out and i explained to them that i didnt have cc because i was going to have to cancel them because of the incident. They billed me to my house and once i got everything figured out i paid over the phone. I was so happy to have called them and that were so awesome to work
