surprised in a good way and glad i called

I recently moved to new york and the building i live has a really crappy lock. sometimes my key works and sometimes it doesnt. Its a really old building. So finally i had enough with basically having to shove myself into the key and use full force in turning it. its really annoying. So i called top 10 locksmith and the tech told be it was actually a really simple job and just had to repair it instead of changing the lock pad. I told him i didnt want to take the chance, and just to change it but i appreciated him being honest and trying to save me money. I was really surprised and im glad i called them.

Better than expected!

Came out under the quoted time which was 30 min. The tech was prepared and had everything necessary to do a quality job. The price was better than expected and I will tell others about the great service i received.

Key Rescue

I locked my keys in my car and i tried everything in getting them out. they were on the seat and it killed me that they were soo close! the window was just open enough for me to try and be creative with hanger or a branch, magnet haha, anything to get my keys, but they were just out of reach. so after spending an hour trying, my friends and i decided to call a locksmith. We told them the situation and they said this kind of thing happens all the time and not to worry they would send someone out. The locksmith got there and unlocked the door a couple of minutes. No damage to the car and the price was excellent. Something i could definitely afford . Just wanted to thank you guys again for helpig me out.
