easiest locksmith to use!

I moved into a new apartment and the locks were kind of old so i asked the landlord if we could change them. He made an appointment with your company for that weekend and your technician was so helpful and had different options for us when he showed up. He was very professional and i really appreciate his patience with my boyfriend. He called the landlord and ran his cc over the phone. It was too easy! thanks

ignition key replacement

I was really nervous about calling a locksmith for my ignition key and having them come out and charge me some rediculous price. When i called the operator assured me that the tech wouldnt do anything until we agreed on a price and there would be no surprises in the end. When he came out it turms out he was a really nice guy and wasnt looking to take advantage at all. He made my key for 160.00 and thats wayyyy less than i would have paid at the dealership. thanks

I just wanted to thank the people at TOP 10. Everyone was so nice to me and patient. No pressure, just kindness and i really appreciate you helping me with the locks in my home. Your tech did an amazing job and he was just the more courteous young man ive seen in a long time, made me smile. Thanks for being nice to the old guy.

1st timer

TOP 10 was my first locksmith experience and i gotta say, it wasnt too bad. I mean i was expecting expensive and crappy service but they were actually really nice people on the phone and the tech was as equally charming. He did an excellent job and the prices were moderate. I mean no locksmith is cheap but they charged appropriately i think.

Good luck charm!

I was stranded in a parking lot in chicago, I live in Skokie, running some errands a little south of goldcoast. I tried to explain to the parking attendant that i lost my keys and that i didnt want to pay an extra $ 15 just because i was going to be going into the next time bracket. She made a bet with me saying if the locksmith arrived in 20 min then she wouldnt charge me, but if not she would. I accepted and called out every locksmith.Top 10 was the first to get there in 13 min! i was so excited and was just happy not to to have the extra expense of parking.
