My son went to his first appointment at Tooth Time and EVERYONE was so nice, helpful and concerned. My son had a tooth that had been chipped and needed root canal. They got him in that day and made sure we received the BEST treatment. They rearranged their schedule in order to work him in. I have my son on Medicaid and I NEVER felt like a medicaid patient. We were treated like Royalty. The patients in the waiting room were taken back so fast. Even though the parking lot was full, I never saw anyone wait for very long and everyone in the waiting room raved about Dr. Williams and how nice he was I watched the staff recognize a lot of the patients and ask them questions (Oh so and so how is your daughter?). I was able to go back in the treatment room and be with my son at all times. They answered every question I had and made sure he was comfortable. Everyone was relaxed it was not stuffy at all. I AM FOREVER IN DEBT TO THIS OFFICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANY DR. THERE TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS!!! ...
