Tony Jacal's a great Mexican restaurant very authentic feeling, friendly service and good food. I was there for the first time this week and it's a place I will go back to. Located in Del Mar just off the freeway across from the Fairgrounds it's easy to find, has plenty of parking and was just an all around restaurant
Pros: Good food, friendlly staff
Cons: Serves Coke - I'm a Pespsi gal

Delicious Mexican
When I have guests visiting me and they say "I feel like Mexican for dinner", I take them to Tony's Jacal. Truly authentic, friendly and attentive staff, and the food comes out HOT. They don't waste any time getting it from the kitchen to your table. Also they don't mess around with portion size, the plates are huge for their price!
They also have a great patio area if you'd like to eat outside.
Tony's offers a great experience and I definitely recommend eating here!
