We bought a civic in 05 and had such a terrible experience that my wife was in tears when we were leaving with our new car. We tell everyone not to go there. We thought it seemed shady but went ahead and bought it there anyway and totally got screwed. They are the epitome of the sleazy car salesmen. One of our close friends had a similar experience. We never went back for service and don't plan on it. Drive to Indy and deal with Honest people or you may regret it...

I bought a certified used Honda Accord from them. I had the car in for an oil change and soon after I had a leak in my driveway that was transmission fluid. I took the car to a transmission-only place, who said my transmission was shot & needed replaced. Well over $1,000.00. I took the car to Tom Wood to have them check it also to be sure. They said they agreed & I had to argue w/them that it was under warranty, taking in my paperwork, & ended up standing in front of the computer screen showing THEM where it said it was still under warranty! They had said it would take days to get all the parts. I left, & that very next day they said my car would be ready!
Then just today, I took the car in for a repair on my hood latch, & they called to tell me other things it needs, one being new tires, saying that I had 3 matching tires, and one odd tire. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN TIRES SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM SO THEY ARE THE ONES WHO PUT THOSE ON WHEN I BOUGHT IT!! I will drive an hour away from now on to go to a different dealership for any needs I have! I Do not trust them.
