We always go to this place no matter if its wallpaper or if its paint. They aren't terribly expensive but have excellent service. Someone is always there to greet you when you walk in (actually a lot its a dog) but we are always in and out of there in a falsh.

We bought paint from Toms. When we went to pick out our paint, they were very helpful. How ever their prices are quit high. But its a small business, and have more up keep. They also will go to your house and help you decorate, so that is nice if you would need that help.

PROS: helpful
CONS: high priced.
