this is a little place across from island pacific. i like going here when i have the time, to pick up a little surprise for my mom. they have single flowers, that come with a little card for as little as a dollar each. they have a small variety due to the size of the shop, but that does no diminsh the quality of the flowers. they also sell balloons and cards.
