My DELL Laptop crashed , while Dell did with me phone support and decided that my hard drive got bad clusters and I will not be able to get my data back and advised me when i get the new drive to install windows Vista fresh. I found TLC computers online. When I got to their store I realized they can recover data and actually repair computers and printers. The tech there (Dorie I think ) got all the data from a crashed drive and installed new Vista on the new Dell drive. I got all my data the next day installed on a working laptop. these guys amazing. Well next is my printer to get some TLC (I like the name).
