a fascinating tour through the not-so...‎
This is a fascinating museum and I enjoyed every minute. It is amazing and scary to think how many missiles the USA and USSR (now Russia) had (and still have!) pointed at each other. Had so many Cold War confrontations gone a little bit differently, they might have launched this sucker! What a weird world we live in . Must see!‎

Excellent tour
A really wonderful tour. Folks who actually manned titan missle sites do guided tours of the control room and missle silo Tuesdays at 2pm. Admission was only $7.50. A wonderful professionally run museum that answers a lot of questions about the cold war. Built in an era before computer's yet extremely complex. Would suggest this tour to anyone.‎

Utterly fascinating
We were lucky enough to get into the "Beyond the Blastdoor" tour due to a cancellation. It was incredibly fascinating, by far the most interesting "museum" I've ever encountered. Most or all of the guides are former staff or maintenance crew for similar silos, making this a rare opportunity to encounter a sort of near-hidden living history.‎

A Must See
Step back in time when we were under constant nuclear threat, the cold war was going on, and see what life was like in an underground nuclear silo. This is an actual, deactivated missile launch pad and is a fascinating experience. ...
