On May 7th at 12:00pm, I pulled in to a self serve bay and deposited the quarters. Soon, I noticed there was NO soap coming out, only water. I told a guy in a blue shirt passing by, he said "oh, we've had problems with this machine, you need to talk to that man over there. This gentleman (I assume the manager) approached me, took the wand and sprayed it on the concrete floor. Nothing but water. He then flipped the dial selector back and forth, again nothing but water. He then sprayed it against the brick wall, so the water glancing off looked white. He said, "there's your soap, nothing wrong with it" and handed it back. We then began to argue back and forth. Finally, I explained to him that I was going to tell my co-workers not to come here, he said he didn't care what I did. I told him I was going to post reviews on the net, once again he said he didn't care. The other workers were all standing around, watching.
