Bob the manager and his staff have always went above and beyond when it has come to servicing all of our vehicles.
when they did not have a complete set of lower priced tires for my Volvo, they gave me a much more expensive/higher quality set at the same price for the inconvenience, and have done exemplary repair, general maintenance and preventative maintenance on that, and our 2 Honda Accords for several years now.
they always let me know of any potential problems or concerns and address and fix them for me properly every time for a fair price, and always stand behind their work.

The store went out of there way to make sure my car was ok before I went on a trip. They caught a safety problem I wouldn't have known otherwise had I not taken it into them. They fixed it right the first time and my car runs great. Also the service adviser was great and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I'd recommend the place to anyone.

Tires Plus on Wickham Road does adequate work, but they do not go above or beyond and they don't take into consideration the fact that the customers are people too...I recommend them for minor work, but not for any major replacements.
