Rude, Unprofessional Money Racket
I called today to see if I could get my oil changed because they were close to home and my neighbor said he went there. They said come right in. When I got there Bob asked how he could help me, I said I needed an oil change, his reply was you need your tires aligned after the way you just bounced into that curb. I had in fact bumped into the curb a little but this set the tone for what this place is about, sales! He asked if I was going to leave the car or wait, I asked how long it was going to take, he said an hour, I replied an hour for an oil change, he replied in a rude tone, this isn't a quick lube place. I said I would wait. I asked for a cost on a tune up he said he would research for me. After about 20 minutes I just wanted to tell them forget the whole thing and leave. Well it was obvious after awhile why it takes an hour for an oil change, because they spend more time trying to find things wrong they can fix. About 40 minutes into the thing, a mechanic came out to see me (as I expected) to tell me there was bad news. He said the oil pan plug was cracked and the whole thing needed to be replaced for a cost of about $700. I told him forget it. Bob had told me before this that the oil pan I got at a junk yard was cracked and the check engine light was on and needed a $99 diagnosis. I told him it didn't need anything but an oil change, I already had that diagnosis, the light has been on for years, and it is just an oxygen sensor. The car was brought back out and I sat another 10 minutes waiting. Finally I went up to bob and ask if things were about ready. He gave me the cost of the oil change. I said so no estimate on the tune up? He pointed to the 3 page print out with a $1900 price tag of things they found wrong, including new tires which I just replaced two years ago, and said its all in there. I left this place feeling like I'd been raped.

Tires for reasonable by April P. at InsiderPages
I purchased tires for both of my cars through this business. I had called around and got prices and they were the most reasonable. I came in and they sold and installed the tires within the hour. I was very pleased with the price and the service.

PROS: Quick service. Good prices.
CONS:
