Had a ring repaired there and it fell apart the same day I got it back! Took over an hour to find the gemstone, and I am lucky to have found it at all! Will never, ever go there again and will tell all who ask me to avoid this place at all costs!‎

This store is located in the Von's shopping plaza. I went here just out of sheer convenience and was very happy with the service I received. The store sells jewelry and watches, but it also does watch repair which is what I went in for. I needed the face of my watch replaced due to many years of scratching. They gave me an estimate which was very fairly priced and it only took them a couple of days to get it done. I was very happy with the customer service and timely repair. I would definitely go back.
