Time Warner SUCKS!!!
I have their bundle package=cable, phone; internet. Phone and internet is usually not working. The customer service people are of no assistance. They take your information, put you on hold and then another representative comes on the line and you start all over. So in average you will on the phone over 30 minutes at least on your cell phone, wasting your minutes because the time warner phone line that you are paying for, doesn't work. You will also have to wait a week before they will send a technician to your house to fix your internet, phone, cable. In the meantime you are still paying for these services. Oh and noone will let you speak to a supervisor, guess they dont have any supervisors working there. I would absolutely recommend not using time warner cable and if you do and you try to cancel your services with them, Goodluck! Noone can seem to do that either.
