Poor service and unfair price
I find it very difficult to ever get any help. it is virtually impossible to get anyone via the phone and usually go to the office to get any service. Last time I had a technician scheduled to come to the house ( a week after I told them about the problem), it was supposed to occur between the hours of 1 and 5. At 5 on the dot I called to see where the person coming to the house and was told he took off early because his child was sick and he needed to take him to the doctor. There are no words to describe how inconsiderate and unprofessional the customer service was nor how angry I felt. I have also gone down to ask about decreasing the number of channels I am getting and was told it would cost me more money to decrerase the channels since I had a "package deal". I feel forced to pay for way, way more than what I am using in order to keep the cost down which is a long way from being fair. At the time I am looking at satellite TV.
Price Range: $100 - $200

time warner or any cable is not worth the money. u pay more for
time warner or any cable is not worth the money. u pay more for less channels. directv is the way to go, sure when there is a bad storm it may cut out for just a bit but is always right back on,.. where as if a storm or tree takes down a cabl,e line, u wont have service for weeks. if you can get line of site then i suggest directv, more channels for your money & more options.

Time Warner SUCKS!!!‎
I have their bundle package=cable, phone; internet. Phone and internet is usually not working. The customer service people are of no assistance. They take your information, put you on hold and then another representative comes on the line and you start all over. So in average you will on the phone over 30 minutes at least on your cell phone, wasting your minutes because the time warner phone line that you are paying for, doesn't work. You will also have to wait a week before they will send a technician to your house to fix your internet, phone, cable. In the meantime you are still paying for these services. Oh and noone will let you speak to a supervisor, guess they dont have any supervisors working there. I would absolutely recommend not using time warner cable and if you do and you try to cancel your services with them, Goodluck! Noone can seem to do that either.‎

I have no issues with their cable service, but the phone
I have no issues with their cable service, but the phone service is horrible and Road Runner doesn't seem that much faster than DSL.

I switched to Time Warner for phone and Internet about a year ago. I had wireless Internet set up with AT&T and the Time Warner sales rep told me they could hook me up with the same type of service.

EXCEPT, when the time came to connect me, the guy who came to the house said it couldn't be done without a lot of special equipment and it would about DOUBLE my monthly bill.

So my plans to install a second computer in a different room went down the drain.

I have since gone back to AT&T.

Time Warner cable is better than dish for TV, but that's IT. My phone and Internet will be from the phone company from now on.
