I like Time Warner but there's also not a lot to chose from. Depending on where you live it's either them or sattelite. They do have very fast internet, the money spent on that is worthwhile. Basic cable tv seems pricey but again, there are limitied choices. When and if you ever have internet connections they do have great customer support.

I've had Time Warner Cable for just a little bit and it was disappointing when I realized how much more I could get for my money when I switched to AT&T. The service for Time Warner Cable sucked and the representatives on the phone were difficult to work with. They didn't understand what I was trying to ask them and they did not seem happy to help either. For the money I paid Time Warner Cable, I actually get a lot more bang for the buck when I switched to AT&T. I believe that Time Warner Cable is outdated and there are other companies out there that have better technology for cable and internet options these days. As for this particular Time Warner Cable, they are not very friendly, and I wouldn't want to ask them for help in the future.

What choice do I have anyways when it comes to cable? When we are up and running, it's great. But ever since we switched to digital, our outages have seem to increase.

they have charged me for the past YEAR for a box that I dont even have. reported this after I had extra time in my life to check my bill for why in the world i was paying 170 every month!!! unheard off!! finally got to the bottom of it- now trying to get my money back is a NIGHTMARE! i have been chasing them for the past 4 months now. On the phone first one guy said they would look for it on there radar and get back to me, file a claim, and i would get my money back (sounds about right and simple). oh no! after three weeks nothing!! its now been three months and I still cant get somebody to call me back! I finally get someone on the phone who tells me "there is not much I can do from my end you have to go in person to an office". desperate to get my money back from these crooks....go there, talk to a guy, it takes us 3 hours to research what is going on- we figure it out- but he still tells me there is nothing more he can do!! omg! i am going to loose it! he tells me to call ...

After several years of dropped telephone and internet service, days without service, rude operators, incompetent technical staff, I finally moved my service to AT&T. Time Warner Cable is now harassing me for the return of the modem which I was under the impression I had more than purchased. I threw out the modem into the recycle bin and now Time Warner Cable is threatening to ruin my credit and continues to bill me each month for the modem, although I no longer have it in my possession. I strongly recommend AT&T. Their service has vastly improved. Time Warner Cable are amateurs. I gave them one star because I cannot give them zero stars. They deserve a negative rating to -100. This should give you an idea of how much you should be running in the direction away from Time Warner. Please tell as many people as you can.‎
