Took my lovely Seiko analog watch, bought in Hong Kong in 2000, in to have the battery changed. When I got the watch back, I did not notice until the next day that the day of month display no longer worked. On taking it back and complaining, they said mechanism was plastic and whole mechanism needed replaced- $60 estimate. Will never go back!‎

I waited at the counter for five minutes for service as two of the stores employees chatted, completely ignoring me. After another person came in and was promptly attended to I concluded that they must not need my patronage and went elsewhere.‎

I brought 3 watches in to Times Square at 10:20AM on 4/12/06. I was told to wait ten minutes while batteries were installed. When I returned, the first watch was returned to me with many new scratches on the back, a crooked face, and later, ...

This is an interesting store located in Park Lane Mall. They have a nice vareity of new merchandise ranging from clocks, watches and jewelry.

They also offer jewelry and watch repair which I have taken advantage of on many occasions. Since it is located in the mall, you can drop repair items off and, shop and pick the items up later. It is a very convenient location.

I have always found them to be extremely helpful and friendly. They always seem to be busy, but not too busy to assist the custgomers.
