Excellent care and Caring Staff‎
We are so blessed to have Timber Valley as our vet. We have an eclectic group of animals and each time we have visited they have treated our animals with great care. I have a hard time believing that Timber Valley or Dr. Grey would be considered Abusive or Neglectful. We have a 13 year old cat and she decided that she was not going to eat. We took her into Timber Valley and in the care of Dr. Grey. He kept her over night for observation and ran blood test. When we went back in to visit him, he was very upfront about what he thought might be going on with her. He told us that she her symptoms were that of either an intestine infection or it could be the start of cancer. He informed us of what our options where and told us that either way, he was going to treat her the same way. He asked if we could bring her in each day for observation for a week - just so he could make sure she was eating properly. At night they would send us home with specific instructions on how to feed her and how ...

ABUSIVE & NEGLECTFUL! BEWARE!!!!‎
On December 28th & 29th I brought my little dog into Timber Valley Pet Hospital in Lewisville because she had had several blood transfusions and I was directed by the Emergency Clinic to bring her to a vet to have her watched during the day. Dr. Grey was her doctor. He was due to check Buffy's (my dog) blood throughout the day to monitor her anemia. I also informed them to feed her on a paper plate because that's what she is used to. They assured me that she would be well taken care of. At 3pm I called to check on her blood count and they hadn't performed it! They told me not to call back and they would let me know what it was when I picked her up at 5pm. When I arrived, she hadn't eaten, pottied, and seemed quite distressed. Dr Grey put us in a room for over an hour to wait and we fed her which she accepted quite eagerly. Dr Grey was quite direct and told me that she was going to die and he did NOT treat animals with this condition. He was very rude and I have a ...

The Best by Helen K. at InsiderPages
My dogs, Ringo and Buster, started going to Dr. Gray soon after he opened his practice in Lewisville. We never went to any other vet after meeting him. He took care of the boys until their deaths. He is without a doubt the best, most caring vet I have ever dealt with. My only regret is that he is not here in Wyoming so that he can take care of my new girl, Greta. I recommended Dr. Gray to anyone looking for a vet when I lived there. By Helen K.

The best vet EVER by Bob C. at InsiderPages
I took my 13 YO dog Bailey to four different vets when she became over-weight and lethargic--and they all charged me a fortune just to tell me I was feeding her too much. It was not true---she ate almost nothing! Bailey started losing fur, could barely stand up and move around, and I really thought she was going to die. At the end of my rope, I took her to see Dr. Grey on the recommendation of a co-worker--and Dr. Grey took one look at her and said it looked like she had a thyroid condition. He prescribed a thyroid medication. Now, one year later, Bailey has dropped 50lbs, she is jumping around and playing, her fur totally came back, and she is like a medical MIRACLE. I have before and after pics of her if anyone wants to e-mail me to see the proof.
Bailey really owes Dr. Grey her life. I now live in Austin but wish I could have Dr. grey here to look after my other pups. If you want to see before ad after pics of Bailey, e-mail me at top78731@yahoo.com and I'll be happy to send them. Thanks Dr. Grey!!!!
