The best by far‎
These folks were great! They made the whole process of tile selection for our home remodel as painless as possible. The design staff they have was by far the most proffesional of the four places we went to, coming up with designs and drawings for my wife and I that we would have never come up with on our own. They have a really unique group of products that we did not see anywhere else, and the showroom is nicely laid out and finished. Going on a Saturday can be kind of frustrating as it can get pretty busy, so my wife and I made time during the week. Our orders came in on time and correct, which made the process for our contractor that much easier for scheduling. We did under order on a custom glass liner for our master bath, but they got the manufacturer to rush the extras so it did not delay the project. As a side note, a good tile guy is key - ours did a great job. He said he likes working with them because he never has any "issues". Overall we are super happy with the ...

terrible customer support‎
- The tile selections are great, i have to admit. - The saleswomen I worked with were quite helpful and very nice. But the salesmen are totally another story. Here's the story... I started remodeling several bathrooms last year, my contractors suggested 2 places for me to choose from, Bedrosian and Tile Fantastic. In order to save the hassle of driving around too much, I picked the closer one, Tile Fantastic, and what a mistake I made. I bought several thousand dollars worth of tiles, some were made in Germany (but shipped from a distributor in US, I believe). It was all taped up tightly when I picked up the whole order. The shipping guy did not open each box to let me examine the product and I did not ask either because I assumed this was a decent company; however, when my tile guy installed it the next day, this particular tile from Germany was broken. I wasn't home when my tile guy did it, so they asked me what to do. I told them to throw away the broken ones and use the ...

Good tile selection by Debbie G. at InsiderPages
We went to Tile Fantastic for our kitchen remodel. There's a good selection of tile and quite a few displays with design ideas. Their tile is not super high-end which makes it more reasonably priced than some of the other tile shops.
