Everyone at Tile Expo was very pleasant from the moment we walked in the door. They know their stuff and are very patient in working with us as well as giving great suggestions.

We had already gone to many places before going to Tile Expo.

After our first purchase of marble at Tile Expo for a bathroom in the remodel, we didn't bother going anywhere else for the other 3 bathrooms. They made an otherwise arduous task into an easy process.

We'll be back for the next project!

We bought tile there and the next day they said the most expensive one we bought was discontinued. They didn't want to give us our money back and were not willing to change the rest of our order (that had not been picked up yet), even though they knew we based the whole bathroom design on that tile. The clerk said he would file our request for a refund though we never got a call back. When I called to talk to the same clerk, he was "not in". When I asked for the corperate number, they said their only contact with them was a PO BOX. How realistic is that. Frustrated without a bathroom we changed tiles and design. Now we needed chair rails, an additional $300. The color was not right. They were "willing" to help but it would be a 20% restocking fee. THEY ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY!!!!

I feel compelled to write and thank tile expo most profusely for the outstanding treatment as well as service and value. I recently received at the hands of Tile Expo's employees. In particular, I wish to single out Amanda and Brett. Both these individuals went above and beyond for me.

To be fair, I did notice that everyone who walked in was treated well by all the Tile Expo staff. Their prices and selection are better than their competitors. I wish them contiuned success!

We are close to completing the remodel of our bathroom in our master bedroom. Doing the closets as well which are quite large. When we began our search on "tile row" on St. College in Anaheim, we had an idea of what we wanted but a lot to consider. A lot of flooring, counter top, all the tiles around the spa tub/shower to match...but not be a pattern or stone that was not going to coordinate with all the others. Wanted different stones and textures. The decisions can be overwhelming. We looked at several stores and then walked into Tile Expo. We never expected to get everything we were looking for at one store. Thought we would be between several stores trying to match what we wanted....and so on....taking so much more time. Dan, at Tile Expo, worked with us for hours, I must say. Very patiently! He listened carefully to what we wanted....and then directed us to certain items that would work for us....but also coordinate with the rest of our home. It is hard to describe how happy we are as it just about completed. Everything ordered from Tile Expo was delivered on time....everything totally matches...and is exactly what we had in mind but needed help with decisions. Easy to set up times for installation and they arrive on time. We have done other areas in our home....in past years from other tile companies but truly the best tile place we could have found. The prices are very reasonable and competitive which was a huge plus.....also. We will go back when we get ready for the next bathroom!

Tile Expo is recently under new management. The new management has clearly got it together! Their prices are great and so is their selection. Amanda worked with my husband and I, showing us many different samples and making sure that we were happy. Dominic was very helpful in the pricing area. We got our tile at a great price, very quickly, and our kitchen looks great! Tile Mile truly had the best customer service of any of the stores we visited on Tile Mile. They were helpful, but not pushy and there to answer any questions we had.
