Best in Embroidery
Robert Schmidt is the go-to guy for embroidery software. He knows almost everything about embroidery programs and for all types of machines. He is amazing and very helpful, besides being a nice and friendly guy. Just wish he was closer to where I live. I need his advice. Thank you Robert for being you. God Bless You!

when they had the store manager from taylor road store. merage his store with the air line store. it rose the store to a new level of service. it has to be the best place to get anything done. he will not let you down. he will not stop until he fixes your problrm. thank you Robert

The WORST customer service!
If you want to be given the least amount of respect for the business you're giving this store, look no further! The gentlemen that works for this location won't disappoint with his lack of professionalism. The vulgar language he uses with us was appalling. And we wasn't even safe having a child with us. I reported the terrible experience to management and this employee is still with the company! If you wish to be treated like a paying customer, go to the Taylor road location. You will REGRET choosing the Airline location unless he read this and wised up to realize that GOOD customer service is KEY
