I had a fender bender and being new to the area, googled body shops in Round Rock. I had several places I was going to take it too to get estimates. Thunder Road was the first and the last place I went to. I was impressed with Charlie the minute I met him and could tell that he was a man of great integrity and held his standards at high regard. I dropped it off the night before and he told me it would be ready by the 3:30 the next day. Ready it was and I was very pleased with the professional job Charlie had done. This is absolutely the best body shop ever. I have used them for years and referred everyone I know (insurance customers, friends and family). No one has ever said anything about them besides what superior work they provide and personal customer service.

Charlie is a great guy that does amazing work. Quality paint and body work that will last a lifetime at a fair price. He answers his phone, returns calls, and is honest with his estimates. He knows what he is talking about because he does the work and has been for years. There are other good shops in the Austin area and there are also bad shops. With Thunder Road you know you are dealing with a place that still cares about quality unlike some of the larger shops that just want to get your money and get your car out of their bay as quick as possible.
