This office has made several mistakes especially when arranging for appointments. They are very busy and very slow to communicate important results on mammograms. If further evaluation is needed on initial screenings, do not expect support or extra effort in trying to arrange for an immediate appointment. The quality of images is not of question here, only the assistance and professionalism of office staff. There is enough stress when told to return for further evaluation, why deal with lack of empathy?
