They use Towncars as taxis! So awesome. I needed a ride to suki 7, and I kinda felt like a local celebrity being dropped off in front in a black towncar.

I have used TO Cab in the past and I have always found them to be courteous and helpful. In addition, their rates are very reasonable (relative to what I have paid for cabs in other cities). When I call them, they usually answer within a couple of rings. I have worked in restaurants, clubs and transportation, and know that Friday nights can be the busiest time of the week. It stands to reason that demand is higher and response time is slower. In addtion, the typical customer on a Friday night, if they are being picked up at a bar, is going to be a little more "challenging". Thus, when I read the previous review, my first reaction was "consider the source". Judging by the TONE of the previous review, I am tempted to suggest that perhaps he should put down the magnifying glass and pick up the looking glass.‎

I have yet to experience anything positive with TO Cab Co. On top of their call center being VERY slow & rude; there drivers add random charges to their fares and threaten to call the police if you don't pay. Case in point, I went 2.3 miles last Friday night and my cab fare was over $22, how is that possible? People, be very careful using them. I would select another company before selecting them. They are HORRIBLE!‎
