I received a call from this company two weeks ago. When I answered the phone with “hello” the male on the other end of the line didn't ask who I was or anything before screaming into my ear, “you need to accept your mistakes and pay up!” I thought this was a prank call, but sadly it wasn't. This is supposed to be a real company? I spent a couple of minutes trying to talk to this man and find out who he was calling for and why he was calling me. He just continued to be belligerent and threatened saying things like “you'll be sorry if you don't pay this back”, “so help me!” After my third time asking who he thought he was talking to, he gave a name that WASN'T ME. This jerk called the wrong number! He stated, “I have the wrong number” and hung up before I could get his name. So I called back and the operator answered saying this company is Thomas George Associates. She was able to look up their file with the name the guy had thought I was and my phone number. The ...

This company is a collection agency. They do not bother with facts, verification, and do not let reality muddy the waters when it comes to collecting. They attempt to use intimidation and bullying but really lack the cajones to follow through since facts sometimes do hinder their ability. I wouldn't use them because they seem inconsistant and ineffective.‎
