there store has almost everything i come in for. there animals for sale are healthy and loved the staff are friendly and helpful and there prices are average i would definitely recommend it. but 2 baby rats from there and i love them thank you Theresa's country

I've been to a few pet stores around Simi, and I just love this one. Theresa's country feed & pet store has great prices and a great selection. Their staff is super friendly and I always enjoy a bag of their free welcome popcorn! This place is so much better than Big Al's!!!

I go into Theresa's country feed for my dog's food. I love the fact you can push a cart with your dogies in it and have no problem getting thru the isles with other customers. I asked if they could help me trim my dogs nails, and they stopped what they were doing and trimmed them at no cost! Then my daughter who is a kitty freak went to the back of the store to check out the adopted animals, and found one of the workers hand feeding the kittens. She let her hold one. That was a positive experience all around. I was bummed when I needed to return a product that was not used and nothing was taken apart our changed. They deducted 10% from my return price because the box was opened. It was my responsibility to check the policies of the store but forgot to do so, since i was enjoying a good bag of popcorn ;) so if you want to buy something and decide to return please read the rules and don't screw up like I did. They are super nice people and I enjoy going in every single time! A final note: The owner said he would match any of his competitors prices. Call him on that.
