I replaced my existing water softener with a new one from the Water Hook-Up. My water feels so much better and the equipment does not constantly have problems. My older unit was only 5 years old and I purchased from another company in Sacramento and I was never happy with the system or the company. They never return my calls and fixed the problems we had. The Water Hook-Up is a family business and are very reliable. His wife Brenda is very friendly and knowledgeable about water and their equipment. I wish I would of bought our system from them in the first place. It would of saved me a lot of headaches and frustration.

Outstanding Service
I purchased a water treatment system and was amazed how much better my water tasted and felt. My older unit was just a regular water softener but my new one was the Unidyne model which helped a lot more with my dry itchy skin. I can now drink from a bathroom faucet and my water doesn't have a bad taste or chlorine odor. I would recommend the Water Hook-Up's Unidyne if you want better tasting water throughout your house. They installed a reverse osmosis under my kitchen sink so I don't have to buy bottled water any more. They also put a new Alkaline Water filter on my reverse osmosis unit so I don't have to buy another piece of equipment for the alkaline water treatment.
