Absolutely appalling of the audacity of someone to suggest that The Vault would do something like this! I have brought in several watches and jewelry items over the years to be repaired, and have received nothing but the highest quality of treatment from them. Professional, courteous, the way business should be done! Ignore the 1 star, it's either a disgruntled friend, or a competitor!

me and my girlfriend stopped by the Vault to look for a wedding ring. after i filled out a credit app. Gary gave us wine and a free gift. a few days later i received a bill for almost $2,000 for the wine and free gift, because we went and bought at another jewerly store. we called the police fraud unit and the bank is looking into this too. fine another jewerly store!!

My (now) fiance & I were looking at engagement rings with an idea of what we wanted in mind. We had a hard time finding what we were looking for and not much better luck with service. That is until we walked into the vault. We are a younger looking couple & they took us seriously right away. We discussed our ideas with them & they created it for us. We didn't have to wait for a designer to come to the store or anything! They crafted a model first we could approve & then go from there. They also helped us pick out one fantastic diamond. Gary & Ashley have been amazing to us & they helped us create one sensational ring- a heirloom our new family is certainty proud of!
