I have used the Storage Place on two different occasions over the last five years. There is a small set-up fee, but the lock for your unit is included. The only problem I ever had with them was that they locked me out of my unit twice - they put a red lock on it, eventhough I was on autobill and they had billed my credit card. Someone did come out immediately and take the lock off when I called the afterhours phone number. I have to give them a thumbs up for Customer service.
