I too a brand new suitcase there to be fixed after the airline had made a small puncture hole in the back. They assured me that they could fix it with a black nylon strap that would match the bag. While they were cheap and timely, they repair was awful. They had simply glued the strap and sewed the ends by the seams. There was glue all over and the stitching buckled the fabric of the bag. I shared that I was disappointed and their only offer was to remove the black strap which would have left the hole exposed and more glue showing. It appeared haphazardly done- with seemingly no care or attention. I would not recommend them.

I was looking for a particular brief case budgeted at a certain price and the clerk there was helpful but they didn't have what I wanted. Place was clean with style. Great resource for finding brief cases or any type of luggage.
