I went to the spa today and had a facial and hot stone message and it was FANTASTIC. Sony was wonderful. The steam room is to die for. It such a nice and comfortable environment. I would recommend it. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary by getting a massage, but this was more than a massage. This was our first time going to get a massage, but this surpasses our expectations. When we walk in we were greeted by a friendly staff. The staff made us feel so comfortable and relax. They were so friendly and polite, we felt like we were on a romantic island. We chose the lovers retreat massage. All I can say, we'll be back. It was so romantic!

I just want to let you know I am in so much pain.. (day after massage) I told the lady how rough she was being, and to be more gentle.. She killed me.. It was horrible.. The facial done by Sonia was great. OMG what a horrible massage. Go to MASSAGE ENVY by the Sawgrass Mall and ask for Summer.‎

! The people are sooo friendly everyone has such a great vibe about them. I've ben there 3-4 time and Ican't complain about anything. The Retreat Spa is GREAT !!!!! :) ...

Retreat Spa is my favorite spa in south florida infact I with them for several times coz I like the sorroundings, friendly people but unfortunately Im sorry to say this lately I went there for 3x already I got a horrible therapist. She is new person. My first time with this particular person I couldnt sleep, I got back pains & got worst. In the next morning I called them & complaint so they apologize & recommend another person.. so, because I like this spa; apologize accepted and I go back there & the person whom they recommend is good and that week I satisfied. This week I go back again for relaxing my body... I call for appointment and asked the operator I want the lady whom they recommend me last time but she is not around today (wednesday) so she told me they have a therapist available so I told the operator please kindly dont give me the lady whom I dont like coz she done a terrible work in my body and she agreed.... I went there & found out they given me the same horrible lady but I didnt complaint to the front desk and I told myself ok I will give her a chance maybe she will be do better this time..sad to say she did so much pain in my body. I told the therapist please kindly be a little soft but she didnt.... This lady climb on my back put her knees on my lower back area and her both hands squeezing so terrible on my back... she put her both foot on my back legs.. I know what she doing coz I feel her body parts like her both foot on my back legs then her both knees on my lower back... The massage I usually like is Swedish but unfortunately its not a swedish style. I complain to her but she didnt listen. I told my husband of what the lady did to me and my husband call them and want to speak with the owner of the spa but the owner is not around. I told my husband we will not complain anymore coz we are christian people and we dont want that lady will lost her job so even she did wrong we forgive her....

BUT WE WILL NOT GO BACK ANYMORE FOREVER!!!!
