wow well i thought i would look something in wichita to do i
wow well i thought i would look something in wichita to do i really leave most of the time to do anything ,,,but i looked up this place i have been to some in other states and they were great so i thought this would be fun didnt know it was here but after i read this stuff ,,,well im not one to waist my money on crap and it sounds to me all of it is ,,,so maybe they do something about it ,,,till then guess ill leave town to have fun

I would never recommend this place to anyone! My son had a
I would never recommend this place to anyone! My son had a birhday party there, and the employees were rude. They told me they would have the birthday package with balloons set out, but when we got there nothing! They wouldn't even give me birthday plates or balloons. The manager told me I would have to pay extra for those, and I thought that was in the Bday package. Boy was I wrong. When I was leaving there was not a soul around to pay out, so we just left, and I was going to come back that next day when they opened (since I am an honest person). Let's just say before 9am they were already calling me telling me I walked out without paying and they were going to file a theft charge with the police dept. I told them I would of paid it if there was somebody around actually working. What a JOKE, the PLEX is!

This place isn't worth the money you pay! My sister's family
This place isn't worth the money you pay! My sister's family and I went there for a day of family fun. We decided to go mini golfing with the kids. As we were on one of the holes one of my older nephew's golf balls got stuck in the tube so he went into the house to get it out and in the process he managed to scare out a HUGE rat! This thing was the size of a full grown rat terrier. Then as we continued through the courses we got a whiff of something aweful! It smelt like a dead rat and the water was filthy! We told the staff and they didn't seem to really care. I will never go back to this place unless they fix these issues. I will never recommend the Plex to anyone that i know.

We had so much fun...
We had so much fun...: I have to say that my entire family and I went down to Wichita Falls and found that yet another place was there....FOR THE KIDS....My children had alot of fun playing the games,riding the go carts,playing lazer tag,and winning all the tickets,and also picking out their prizes for winning all those games.Thank you for thinking of our kids.
