I?ve used The Pet Staff for three years and refer them whenever I can. My dog and cat love their sitters and are always so content and happy when I return from traveling. It?s a great relief knowing I can leave town whenever I need to and not worry about my boys. My dog is on the shy side but just loves his sitters! I actually think his Pet Staff experiences have helped him come out of his shell and I?m grateful he?s become more confidant and at ease around new people. My cat, for his part, can be a bit standoffish, but is an absolute cuddle monster with his sitters! I trust that my boys are in good hands with their pet sitters and love the freedom this service has given me with my travel schedule.

The Pet Staff was professional and meticulous in caring for our dogs and cat. They encouraged us to call them at anytime to check on the kids and they gave us updates the entire time we were away. I loved all the daily notes they left for us when we returned from our vacation...it showed how much they cared and took the extra time for us. The Pet Staff is AMAZING!! I travel frequently for business and always worried about who would take care of my dog Molly and cat Sophie. My friend Rachel recommended The Pet Staff and ever since then a weight has been lifted. I know my babies are in good hands getting all the care and love they need. My girls can be needy so I have The Pet Staff do 2 visits a day and stay overnight with them. It is a great comfort knowing they have someone to cuddle and play with while I'm away. The logs left after every visit are wonderful. I can tell the sitters have a great relationship with Molly and Sophie. I HIGHLY recommend The Pet Staff! They will make your life so much easier!

I would not recommend this company at all. They are not in this business because they love animals. They are in it for the money. I would not be averse to this if the two owners liked animals, but they are not true animal lovers. If you care about your pet, don't use them,

What a fantastic find The Pet Staff is as they take care of all of my pet needs amazingly. I was going out of town and needed somebody to come in and watch my two dogs and two cats. It started with the great customer service on the phone to set up service. Then the sitter that took care of my pets was wonderful leaving a note at every visit with information and adorable updates. It was because of this great care that I decided to try their dog training program as my 3 year old Stafford Terrier mix needed some help with her manners. The trainer was fantastic and my friends and neighbors are so impressed with how well behaved she is thanks to The Pet Staff. Perhaps the best part about The Pet Staff is that is has the security, knowledge and professionalism of a large business but treats customers more like family having more of the boutique feel. They don't charge per animal but rather for the length of time which was completely different then all of the other companies I researched. Their prices are competitive and they certainly have the BEST care and services.
