I liked the owner/sales person who was very friendly and competent and the mattresses seemed to be well made of good quality. But, unfortunately he's not the one manufacturing the mattresses with his own hands... and after 9 months of using the mattress it turned out to be A SHODDY PRODUCT. The one thing I wanted to avoid at all cost was to end up with a mattress that would cave in. Well, it's exactly what happened. I spent $700 on a california king size and thought I was getting a good deal. Not so. Also, there were delivery problems. First they delivered a mattress of wrong size. Then they delivered one that was ALMOST like the one I ordered, but without the plush top. Whatever, the mattress is unusable anyway now. BEWARE.

I'll be buying a new mattress again this week. Supposedly mattresses are meant to last several years. These days I don't know who to trust any more. The manufacturers don't want customers to comparison shop and write reviews on the web, so they keep changing labels and product names for every store they supply. If you tried to comparison shop you already know that. What an amazing effort from manufacturers and distributors to prevent consumers to rate their product! Not a very trust inspiring industry overall. Hope you have better luck!
