Seven years ago my son attended Ms. Erika's childcare, The Kids' Spot and now I get to bring my daughter to her program!
My son stayed with her from the time he was 3yrs old until he was in 1st grade. She used to be open late hours and I was a student on top of my day job so she was great for my schedule.
After my son started going there I realized she was NOT a babysitter lol He learned so much!! He has always been all boy but she let him know that she loved him but he had to calm down. She was the only person for a long time that he was good for until he started school. He is doing great in school, too and I think it's because she worked with him on how to treat his friends and teachers.
My daughter is 2yrs old and needs to be with kids now and not at my grandmother's house. I heard that Ms. Erika had moved so I thought there was no more Kids' Spot. But she has moved into a nicer house and is now only open in the daytime which is what I need now.
I am so excited that she gets to have the second family that my son was able to have at The Kids' Spot!
