Rude, Rude, and . . . RUDE
I went in there to check out the fabric swatches for the B2 bridesmaid gowns. The attendant kindly provided me the book. She then asked me whether I would be ordering the bridesmaid dresses from her. I said I did not think so because my bridesmaids do not live in Los Angeles, but I would like to see the swatches so I could tell them what to order. At that point, she became really difficult. She would not tell me which fabric swatches corresponded to which B2 dresses (as the book does not say), help me with dress style numbers, or anything. She became outright rude. She then asked me if I needed anything else for my wedding, including alterations. I was so annoyed I obviously told her no. I was the only person in the shop at that point, and it certainly would only have taken her one minute to help me out. And how else am I going to pick out the dress color? They explicitly tell you online not to rely on the colors on your monitor. Any shop who can't be bothered to help another bride out because that bride probably isn't going to throw some money her way is a bridal shop that you should avoid.
