I just called two Home Depots. The customer service agent in the Millenia one answered the phone and hung up, so I proceeded to call the Home Depot on S. OBT. I must have waited four minutes or so listening to the recording about how important my call is when suddenly the call was disconnected. My phone has honestly never dropped a call before, so Home Depot is a crock of ...

Don't bother trying to call the store. I called to rent heavy equipment and was unnable to speak with anyone in any department. After continually being redirected to the service desk, I let the indifferent employee know that they lost $250 of revenue to another company.‎

Don't call for help‎
I did a few days ago. I'm still on hold. That's really all I have to say, but this review requires a minimum of 100 characters so I'll just type a few more in. It'll give me something to do while I continue waiting for Home Depot to not pick up the phone.‎
