Horrible experience‎
Rented a chainsaw that wouldn't work. Took it back. They never spoke to me. I complained online. Got a couple of calls saying they wanted to "resolve" the problem. Never heard back. I will be using my locally owned hardware store from now on. HD is notorious for treating their people poorly and understaffing their stores. They don't care about customer service, only profits. CEO will run the place into the ground and golden parachute out while everyone else is left holding the bag. Sound familiar?‎

Went to Home Depot for plants in garden area. Got a whole bunch of stuff, got according to their signs above the items, that were for sale, only to find out, the signs were all wrong, wrong place, etc. Gee, isn't it funny I get all these ...
