Great service from Art in plumbing‎
Had a very pleasant experience today in the plumbing department. Art was very helpful in selecting the product I needed, in expediting the checkout process and in loading the product into my car. Very pleased with Art's service.‎

Horrible customer service‎
I paid $100 for the contractors to show up to give me an estimate. I never got a call. I was scheduled in without informing me and then when I called for reschedule, no one returns my call. I have been calling for the last 3 days! I am getting my $$ back. I am sure Lowes would not mind getting the $$ I plan to spend on my kitchen redmodel! Don't go to this particular Home Depot in Palo Alto.. They are understaffed and overextended and will deliver bad customer service and follow-up!‎
