Cheap product and rude staff‎
In returning a product with obvious flaws, I was interrogated as to the reason for my return. I approached the return counter and was immediately asked "what's wrong with it?" This was without even a "good afternoon" or any greeting. This representative then went on to interrogate me about the return, which was complete in original packaging and matching receipt. She then proceeds to tell me about a similar product that they took back on return because the customer damaged it himself! Then why the interrogation about my obviously faulted product? Packaging hid the fault, so I didn't find it until I got home. She then asked where the bar code was on the packaging, which I didn't know. This was followed with, "you don't know where they scanned this when you bought it?" No, I don't, and in fact you can spare me the sarcastic attitude, because I'll be taking my business else where.
