I am sorry this client feels this way about Flooring America. We always strive to have the best customer service and explain every detail of a sale. I feel this complaint is a simple misunderstanding based on confusing us with some other store. When they were in the store my sales associate gave them an estimated total based on rough measurements they brought in with them. We never told them (nor were we asked) that the price that was given included sales tax. The client insisted that we not call them - that they would call us when they were ready. When we went to the house to measure the room was slightly larger than they told us. We gave them a final total with the new measurements and tax included. Before my sales associate was able to explain anything else the client berated him about the estimated total given in the store. We were unable to show him how we arrived at that figure both in the store and out at his house before we were asked to leave. If we were able to explain how we ...
