Usually I don't leave a bad review but I had the terrible experience ever. I never go back there. When I saw my clothes, I got shocked. She ruined my clothes. She said that she did not have the machine to do the special stitches.
That was her first excuse. (she gave me more rude and irresponsible excuses.) She could tell me that when I brought my clothes in the first place, or she could just call me to cancel my order instead of running my clothes. I trusted her words Yes, I can do it. But it turned out to the big mess.
I left the store with anger and sadness and I won't be able to wear that clothes.

Lo-Ann is very talented and gets even the most difficult jobs done. I've given Lo-Ann hopeless projects and when I've picked them up, I was stunned to see how she turned it around. Lo-Ann is definitely worth a visit!!
