i attend Fathers House as well as another church in the area (the Mission, which goes a bit deeper in the gifts), but of the two, I recommend the Fathers House to people who are new to the area, or who are new to encountering God, who come from a very traditional church background and are not ready for something as super radical as the Mission, or for those who have a bad taste in their mouths left by the religiousness or rote traditions of their church upbringing.
The Fathers House is staffed with people who take their integrity, roll, and training in the Word very seriously. The music is upbeat and reverent, and one cannot help but be invigorated by the presence of God felt in the room during a service. Their youth programs are amazing and the people are kind. Warning: if you are new- PLEASE PLEASE do yourself and the rest of us a favor by introducing yourself to people. In a large church it is difficult to figure out who is new and who has just temporarily migrated from another church service, You will benefit greatly from making some solid connections.

When we started going to The Father's House we thought it was too good to be true. Dave Patterson is an amazing speaker, thought provoking, scripturally accurate. Creates a desire to do and be more out of inspiration, not guilt and condemnation.
Music like nothing I have ever experienced before. It touches the spirit and awakens a sense of God's presence renewing faith & hope.
We have been there 8 years now and love it just as much as when we began. THis goes for our whole family of 6 children ranging in all ages from 12 to 36. I would encourage any one to come.
Because we now have 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday services there are those who are already affiliated with another church but will still come to The Father's House because of the richness of the spoken Word, the music and the warm fellowship.
THere is a group of dedicated, committed youth there which we appreciate for our teens and young adults.

The fathers house is a wonderful church for the whole family. they have a childrens church and a nursery service as well. The service is very uplifting and the music is great.
