I prefer to shop for disney store items online, as the selection in store is severely lacking. Virtually no adult clothing, and small selection of anything besides kids clothes and toys. Employees always seem to be standing around conversing, while the one employee who has to man the store entrance is the only one actually interacting with employees, thereby making them constantly busy dealing with customers and it takes a while to get any help. Prices are a bit expensive, but that's expected from Disney branded items. If you can catch them when they clearance out merchandise, you can get your money's worth.

This store has some great items and an AMAZINGLY great cast, always willing to help. I have never been in there (not even during the Christmas Rush and huge sales) where the staff seemed flustered or rude. The lines ALWAYS move quickly.
