The good and the bad by Robert I. at InsiderPages
I wanted to inform others of my experience at CLASSY CANINE. The people at the shop were really helpful and they seemed to care more about my dogs then me, in which I appreciate this. Reason being that when I have gone to other shops they seem to worry more about me then my dog, in which it would give me the expression that they are more interested in my money and not my children (my dogs). I have read the bad and good reviews, but I have heard so much good things about Classy Canine and I wanted to experiences it myself and I was satisfied with the out come. I also read the negative reviews about the individual who got charged $30 over, and I first called around other shops and most shops gave me the same prices, they varied from $20-$30 more, but when I asked the other shops what this charges where for they told me it depended on the dog??????s condition. Honestly I don??????t think they treated me bad, some people can be tight with their money but when it comes to my dogs, they deserve the best. But one thing I notice that was funny was that the negative reviews are consecutive--so close together.

FINALLY!! by danielle d. at InsiderPages
there's an awesome dog grooming shop in Castro Valley, The Classy Canine. the owner and staff treat your animals as if they were their own. from gourmet snacks to little scarf neck bands that match the season, day, or occasion. the facility is ALWAYS very clean. the dogs even get to watch a big flat screen t.v. that's platys animal movies while waiting to be groomed or to be picked up by their owners. the prices are reasonable, but most important its the care and attention they give your animal, LOTS OF LOVE!! i know when i drop off my dog he can't wait to see them. i just want to sat thank you to the Classy Canine staff. can't wait to see you.Love,Sweetie (dog)and Danielle and tabby

Classy Canine by Laury M. at InsiderPages
Toni has been cutting my 3 dogs since she opened. She is wonderful, loving and caring. She takes pride in her work and her shop is so upscale, and ahead of its time that I feel like my babies are in the finest salon on Rodeo Drive. When my mother and I walk in to drop our boys off, they immediately run to Toni, knwing that they are going to get special treats to eat, and that she will have their favorite doggie movie playing in the waiting area. This is truly a wonderful and comforting experience for any owner that is generally a little weary about leaving their babies. You know they are going to look beauriful when you pick them up!!

I don't believe it! by Gail C. at InsiderPages
My experience with this shop is wonderful. I send my clients there and they get fabulous treatment. I have been in the facility from the front desk to the back yard and can only say all the dogs are treated like the special creatures they are. I have NEVER witnessed any dog being pulled, yanked, yelled at etc. What I have experienced is clients coming in with unrealistic expectations about the condition of their dogs grooming needs. People will say they comb their dogs hair when in fact they are completely or partially matted. This puts all the groomers in an awkward position. If the groomer tells them the dog is matted afterwards the clients don't believe them. For those of us who spend the time combing and brushing our dogs, we know you can't tell until you start the brushing. Maybe the groomers need to have the clients brush-out their dogs in the shops prior to leaving them. Now THAT would their tunes.

CHITA
I would like to comment on one of the reviews that is posted. I feel that the prices are fair at Classy Canine, unfortunately some people just want to get things for free. I believe in you get what you pay for and if you care enough about a pet, then pay the price!
Classy Canine, thank you for everything you do for Chita I wouldn't take her anywhere else!
