If you are looking for service with a smile and a speedy transaction then this place is not for you. They hide their schedule of fees from you and have their back turned to you most of the time. The bullet proof glass makes it nearly impossible to communicate with them. The agents did not seem to want to be there helping me. They even went as far as to say that it wasn't their job to smile. My recommendation is to go elsewhere!‎
