Do not send your child to this dacne studio. The owner is very rude and talks about everyone behind their backs. The dance teacher only cares about herself. She only teaches her favorites things and can care a less about the other students and teaching them new things. I know first hand because I took from her for 5 years and did not learn much because i was not in the select group. I left because i wanted to grow as a dancer and I did. I learned so much more a my new place then I did there.

COPA is a great dance studio. The classes are small ensuring that each child will get the attention they need. Miss Jeanne truly loves the art of dance and it shows in her choreography and very entertaining recital. I was very impressed that even the very youngest girls know their dances at the end of the year as there are no instructors 'in the wings' at the revue. The office and managment issues could be better organized, but overall we've had a great experience at COPA.

While the level of professionalism could be better, my child made lifelong friends dancing at this studio. The girls who go every week and dedicate themselves definitely learn a lot, and they have fun while learning. The teachers become more diverse and wonderful each year. While the jazz, tap, and lyrical classes are superior to the ballet training, the choreography is certainly tops many studios in the surrounding area.

I would avoid sending my child to this place if they are serious about dancing. You will not learn much. Only the special ones learn anything. I took there for about 5 years and learned very little. I went somewhere else and learned 10times as much there in just a month. The owners are not very professional.
